The Fullers only care about themselves. They will spend outrageous amounts of money on the building and groundskeeping, but won't pay their employees anything. Benefits are horrible, no 401k match, no pay increases. CEO parks his new Bentley or Mercedes in the front door while employees never get a raise and are treated horribly. After you have dedicated 15 or 20 years to the company, you are let go.
