Pros
Worked with good store managers, opticians, home office associates and my supervisor was great. Benefits were ok and pay fair if you were lucky enough to make bonus.
Cons
Some of senior leadership were terrible. They laid off hundreds of people and didn’t offer any kind of severance. Didn’t pay to work hard and sacrifice.
