      Pros

      Beautiful building and great staff. The concept is innovative and well thought out. The families are wonderful and the residents are fun. You become a part of an extended family

      Cons

      The corporation itself are unethical. It's unfortunate that the company really has no future under the current corporate leadership. They say one thing and do another. You build a trust in them and work hard to make the company a better place to live for the residents and work for the staff but no matter what efforts you put into the company, they will chew you up and spit you out and move on to the next person.

      Growing company with a great concept. Family-like environment that cares about their employees. Always open to new ideas and improvements.

      Cons

      Like many growing companies, communication seems to take a back seat at times.

      Beautiful building and concept with potential.

      Cons

      Management is very poor and unethical. The buildings are run very poorly and there is no corporate oversight. There are things happening in the buildings that is very unethical and sad for the residents. Management takes off a lot and does not provide performance feedback to employees directly. Gives feedback to others behind the employees back in a negative way. Expects 50-60 hours a week on salary.
