After many years of negative stigma about the Company a new President/CEO finally gets it!! New Leadership Team, employee empowerment, a vision, and teambuilding and TRUST is what I see happening and all I can say is it is REFRESHING!!

Change is difficult for some of the people who have been exposed to the past management swings. Getting veteran employees to 'believe" the new change is here to stay..

If you enjoy stress and trying to keep ancient equipment running, this place is perfect. Pay is pretty good as long as you don't mind sacrificing health and family. There are some very good and talented employees, but all too often misused. Company throws a good Christmas party.

Where to start? Morale is terribly low as employees are over worked in some of worst plant conditions imaginable. Equipment constantly breaks down, communication between departments is horrible, managements expectations and reality are far apart. New ownership will squeeze every employee to breaking point before "harvest" period in four years.
