horrible company! - ESL Teacher U-Learn Employee Review

hired a teacher (me) with 3 years experience at the same salary as a brand new teacher out of university with no teaching credentials or experience. offering new 2016 staff a 500rmb higher salary than current, credentialed employees. never offering growth by means of training or observations. complete joke of a company and they take as much as they can get while offering very little to dedicated employees. stay away from this company in shanghai and suzhou!!!!!
