Pros
1. New aerospace - this is the way. I'm now in non-aerospace big tech but the style of work is similar. There's a reason why it's successful and growing 2. Amazing coworkers - smart, fun, and social. Showing up to work and collaborating on projects was something to look forward to 3. Great place for straight-outta-school engineers - you get the opportunity to wear many hats and learn a ton. Also, there are some senior engineers that'll be great mentors 4. Thriving in ambiguity - some people like to be spoon fed with tasks. Not me and you won't get that here. If you enjoy working around vague requirements and coming up with sick designs that satisfy the customers, this is the place to be 5. In-house manufacturing quality - manufacturing during the early days in Tyvak was a struggle...but they're way past those days. Huge shout out to the person that leads the shop 6. Fast paced - you can design something and see it go to space in less than a year
Cons
1. no performance reviews 2. your hard work can go unnoticed at times 3. snacks rarely change 4. turn over rate is questionable
