8 hours PTO can't be used until 90 days probationary period. TEMP's 25-36c (Freezing). The 8 point system needs work ( .25 point for late clock ins by 1min, 1 point for unexcused adsence, .5 for excused [Call in atleast 2 hours before shift], no point accumulated with doctors note.) Every other Saturday is mandatory unless stated by supervisor [Ask every Friday after or during shift].
