      Autonomy within teams. You get a fair amount of flexibility, sometimes.

      Cons

      Autonomy can also be bad. Teams don't have a standard way of communicating, code style, artefact management, etc.

      Zach quite possibly has the biggest ego out of anyone I've ever met. Awful boss.

      Still very much corporate call centre job, requires you to go above and beyond and rarely any pay increase
