Large amount of specialties and makes for someone to make a large impact quickly; challenging assignments and use new enterprise systems for HR.
Cons
Managers do not delegate and can't make a decision; top management is not aware of the day to day; people leave and new people take job of someone that is being forced out. Bad morale continues.
