Pros
Some of the friends I’ve made are some of the most hard-working and laid-back people I’ve ever met. Maintenance is usually on time, for the most part.
Cons
Lots of favoritism and the buddy system. Supervisors don’t listen to more than one side of the story. They Put underqualified people in equipment that they shouldn’t, they don’t take safety timeouts seriously, human resources is garbage and won’t do their job. they treat young hands like crap, unless they are a relative to somebody higher up. They are sexist, and talked derogatory about women, and human resources does nothing. I have literal proof of everything they’ve done to me and human resources won’t do anything about it. Complete and utter garbage. I had more classes than half the employees there in our office and didn’t get to run a single piece of equipment.
