      Pros

      Awesome training. TxDOT really invest in training their employees. Great Young Engineers program. TxDOT pays for all classes and material to receive your FE & PE. Great people to with.

      Cons

      Not to many cons. company still uses a lot of paper and is transferring into the digital age.
