Twizza provided a flexible work environment with a knowledgeable CTO. The IT team is still growing which provides you a chance to have deep knowledge of the whole IT Product chain.

There was more of micromanagement coming from IT manager. If you are a kidn of employee who like having protocols in place to manage product deliverables this might be a tough environment to work at.
