      Some smart people, the founders had a good vision.

      Cons

      most toxic environment I have ever worked in. Had a manager who had no clue about my job, he created a very strange toxic vibe within the team. Leaving, and joining a better company has only magnified my realisation of how bad this working environment was. Very glad to have left

      Pros

      Good work culture, friendly staff and comparitively to other asset managers there is some decent work life balance,

      Cons

      Only issue is how the business is performing, but then again the whole bond market has had a tough 2 years. Seems like Management are slowly leaving due to the full takeover now, not sure whether this business will be the same in a couple years,
