      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to engage and grow your role. Nice variety of projects - some of them are as cool as it gets. Get to work on Big Name Sports Client projects. Great office dynamic. Management is very responsive and communicates with the team really well.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum for the work being done. Not enough engineering power.
