- Executive Management is clueless as to how to operate a smooth-running company. There are infinite problems in every single department - it's sickening.
- They constantly claim that the culture/values/team atmosphere are awesome, but in reality, the employees are still just expendable numbers and the executives are not very nice and are only out for themselves.
- There is no HR department - good luck if you have a problem!
- WAAAAYYYYY too many managers, directors and vice presidents. Titles are a joke!
- They don't actually train anyone who becomes a manager, so the incompetence is stunning. Most employees know more about how to be a manager than the actual managers.
- They have created a Tweddle University where employees are REQUIRED to take classes. But guess what? They aren't REAL! Anyone can teach a class after doing about two minutes of online research and claim that it is truth and worth learning!
