Salary on time is the only advantage

Very low salary, people here will make other people do their work. If we ask , we will be terminated, Hr support is not available for low category workers. MR . S A KRISHNAN is a person who is retired for almost 10 years and working with huge pay of more than 80000 RS per months, but completing all the jobs for him we get only 10000 RS. He get incentives upto 2 lakh for every couple of months. And Mr Prakash, he's a retired person who doesn't even know his job and has an assistant who does all the job for him at 35000 RS per month. His salary is 188000 RS per month. His work here is nothing. I don't know what the management is doing with him, he gets his own car, petrol allowance, free car service and uses his influence for free waterwash several times in a week. Then Mr Roop Shankar. His role is CRM, He doesn't do his job and gets paid well. This company requires only people with knowledge in convincing their seniors. Waste of time , four years and no salary hike, they feel so frustrated to give our incentives as if their giving their own. They rob the gifts for us given by the tyres and battery vendors. This is the world's most frustrating company to work as a low level employee. Even working during covid lockdown we didn't get any benefits. Please don't get into this company.
