Pros

Good people who do their work and do not play politics, the very few left in there. There is a good amount of flexibility based on where you are located and in which team you work. Up-to-date equipment for your work. A company card is used for work/business purposes and travel.

Cons

Seriously, I don't know where to start. Many, many issues arise daily. If I tried to list them, it would likely be a very long list. It's unbelievable that a company aiming to present itself as a market leader allows such problems to persist: inadequate onboarding, toxicity, bullying, harassment (of all kinds), lack of HR support, lack of vision and leadership, unclear decisions, fake titles, and "one for all" experts. Here, you can literally have one person harassing and insulting others based on appearance, personal items, beliefs, or opinions, with HR dismissing it as not an issue. This creates a hostile work environment where people feel uncomfortable and unsafe. It doesn't stop there. Your role and job description might be changed overnight (verbally) without explanation or a written change request/notice. You're expected to handle everything work-wise, yet your compensation and benefits remain the same or are even reduced. This lack of transparency and fairness leads to frustration and demotivation among employees. You see "embedded in the company" individuals who change VP/CX roles annually, moving from one department's failure to another. Is it really possible for someone lacking knowledge and expertise in many areas to become a C-level manager of different teams, causing chaos and fallout? This lack of accountability and poor leadership choices undermine the company's credibility and stability. The lack of logic and self-analysis is at its peak in these cases, with explanations like, "You'll do it because I say so." This authoritarian approach stifles innovation and creativity, as employees are discouraged from questioning or improving processes. People leave and aren't replaced, yet the workload remains with 10x expectations. Their responsibilities are dispersed among existing team members, of course without any additional perks in this "amazing promotion." This overburdening of staff leads to burnout and further turnover. Career growth? Talent development? Recognition? Forget it. The company seems more focused on maintaining a facade of success rather than genuinely investing in its employees' futures. Some people are hired and leave within weeks, often with just one day's notice. Others are allowed to do whatever they want, as long as it suits the "puppet master." I've observed a general lack of trust in expertise and a prevalent blame/excuse culture within the company. This skepticism towards professional capabilities often causes additional discussions, wasted time, and justifications to those who lack the skill and knowledge of specific tasks, creating huge delays and demotivating employees. Additionally, there are instances where individuals are eager to be involved in discussions and feel “present” but avoid real execution, creating resentment among colleagues who feel overburdened. Inconsistent treatment of employees further exacerbates these issues, leading to mistrust and decreased morale. In some cases, there are a few annoying individuals who "know it all," but for some reason, they require external help for everything they do, leading to huge unnecessary expenses with no tangible results. This inefficiency not only wastes resources but also demoralizes those who are competent and capable. A mix of politics, toxicity, and sycophancy creates the perfect team atmosphere 😊. It's a culture where favoritism and self-interest prevail over merit and teamwork. And one thing to remember: "When something is successful, it's all about 'us.' When there's a mistake in the process, it's all about 'you.'" This double standard highlights the lack of accountability and responsibility at the top levels of the company. Ultimately, these issues collectively undermine the company's potential and create a challenging environment for employees who genuinely want to contribute and grow. Without significant changes, it's hard to see how this situation will improve. Think twice (especially if you already have a position somewhere). Of course, if you are not employed at the moment, join the rollercoaster.
