Terrible hours, pay, miscommunication, no training - Tutor Tutoring Club Employee Review

The director who hired me knew nothing about me I was promised hours and they kept getting cancelled/switched around (they can cancel your hours while you're there) You will supervisor more than tutor You will be placed with students that are outside the subjects you were hired for (think AP level subjects for very little pay) I was told even the best job performance does not ensure raises until at least a year later
