Pros
Has a lot of potential for new ownership The experience gained from working here has been great, the potential as a junior employee who works hard is good. Good for career growth, I owe a lot to Tusker - I have learnt from Tuskers mistakes and decision making and now make passionate decisions to ensure I do not follow in their footsteps. Work hard, keep your head down and gain your experience, do that for a few years, and get out, you'll prosper elsewhere with a wealth of wisdom and knowledge. It wasn't all bad, I did have some good times.
Cons
The business earns a lot of cash, very lucrative. However they do not resource correctly. They run their employees into the ground. Pay isn't competitive. This causes employee churn. You really can't trust SLT, they shout at and undermine you. They let their most valued staff leave because they don't want to pay the competitive salaries they demand, departments then struggle and people take on too much work, they find it hard to replace with quality and more churn is caused by this. A director was alerted to one of his employees crying outside his office due to the stress from work, and his response was "And?". The sad truth was, she was showing the emotion many were afraid to share. No compassion and no look to resolve. No one working for the company talks pleasantly about the company - it breads a toxic culture - it is not normal.
