Pros
Work force is diverse both by gender, race, religion, culture etc., I think that's really important for the long-term growth and success for a company. Leadership is open minded, approachable and very much committed to making a improving and difference to their employees, culture and company itself. If you have an idea or suggestion people want to hear about it, I see a big commitment to making things better and improving areas of opportunity not sweeping them under the rug and hoping they go away. Everyone is very much family oriented and work/life balance is highly regarded here. I've worked in several places so I'd say its a bit unique to find this, I'm also a single mom so it really means a lot to me. Health, vision, dental are all really good too, several options and plans to chose from.
Cons
Health benefits don't start day 1 but from what I understand that wont be the case for next year. If you're someone who doesn't do well with change this isn't the place for you, things are constantly evolving. There's a lot of "clean up" happening as a result of some previous folks who weren't a good fit so if you're someone who's looking for a job to sit back and collect a paycheck this isn't the company for you.
