Onboarding is hopeless with no proper introduction. There is no formal training team . Training program is rude and condescending. Its more of Self learning. Just read the lessons by yourself. If you seek help during the work its marked as negative in the review. But message given during training is that you need to seek help. Everything told during training is misleading. Internal tools is full of bugs. Raise questions in internal forum if you are stuck as no one is willing to help you. Culture is very bad and toxic. Don't waste your time here as the experience gained here is of no help in your career.
