The people are wonderful. Everyone works hard and is passionate about what they do. Rapidly growing company so there is a lot of room for growth in your career. Management values a work life balance. Corporate Responsibility Committee actively trying to improve the culture of the company.
Cons
Still putting many processes in place and figuring out what works and there is a steep learning curve but that feels typical for a startup environment
