Pros
Turner has huge training opportunities. The more trained you are, the more competent you become. Higher levels of competence come with higher levels of responsibility. So growth is really in your hands, which is very liberating than what you might experience at other employers.
Cons
There are some employees who have been around for a long time, but only because Turner has a hard time letting people go if they are only under-performing. Although most of the team members are the creme de la creme, some believe they are based on their years of employment. Do not put any stock in titles, it does very little to reflect your actual roles and responsibilities.
