Excellent Treatment Center - Support Staff Turnbridge Employee Review

I’ve grown more as a clinician at this job than I have anywhere else. Every day I’m able to make a positive impact on kids and their family which is very important to me in my job. The pay is really good, full benefits, and the team is really amazing. I’ve made life long friends here! As a clinician, I’ve gained skills in diagnostics, learned more about medication management, and crisis management. Through this I’m more confident in my clinical ability than I was before Turnbridge.

In clinical we work one weekend shift as part of our week, it’s an adjustment

Free food, clients are great when they like you, managers are okay depending on who you work with.

Pay doesn’t match up to what’s required from you, you never get raises, people call out or are never required to work at more difficult houses, favoritism. Also they bicker like children, many of the staff are unprofessional and treat the job environment like high school.
