They have threatened legal should you decide to attempt to move on to a higher paying job in the same industry. Be very cautious if you want to continue working in this field. Company doesn’t listen to employees’ alerts about bandwidth/workload - i alerted management multiple times that I was overwhelmed/at capacity and was continued to be assigned clients.
