8yHi there. I’m disappointed to read about your experience, and I assure you, we’re taking this very seriously. As a rapidly growing company, we need to remember that managers need development just as much as junior staff.
We are making our timelines for quarterly goal distribution stricter. That means that managers and directors are accountable for team performance and development.
Our HR team advises and supports managers on how to handle issues with their teams, but we want managers to handle as many decisions as possible so that they feel invested in the solution. However, the HR group invites any employee to seek counsel or intervention when necessary.
We strive to advance our team members and give them a chance to excel in their role and grow with our company. I’m sorry that this wasn’t your experience, and we’ll work hard to ensure that others don’t feel this way in the future.
Best of luck in your new job!
