The people I worked with were nice.

Cons

I was specifically recruited for the job, poorly onboarded, and never had a single meeting with my manager. Two months in, I was fired out of nowhere because the first thing I created wasn't up to their standards (this was the first draft, no feedback was given, nor was I given a chance to course-correct.) When I informed coworkers I had been suddenly fired, they were like: "This is awful, but you honestly dodged a bullet." RUN from this place.

Pros

Working at Turn has been pretty cool overall. The people here are smart, making work actually enjoyable. We're all remote, but feels like we are still a close team. A great place to learn too.

Cons

Priorities shift quite a bit, several rounds of layoffs.
