Pros

I have been working with Turn-key systems for a little over 7 months now and it has been the best decision I have made so far in my career. Everyone in the company is very supportive and all strive for the same goal. I've been in many different sales companies that all promise no ceilings and pitch the dream that you can make xyz amount and I can honestly say that this is a realistic platform to actually make the income that they promise. The best attribute about working here is that it is a legitimate product that you are selling which changes the lives of the people investing in it. It is a job where you want to wake up and do the best job possible, not for yourself but the people you're selling to which makes the job easy! The training is there and the managers are always there to make sure you have the tools to succeed. This place is a win-win, from the the employee to the customer to the CEO.

Cons

Bring your own creamer.... the ones they provide isn't great.

Pros

Nice balance between calls and other tasks. Lots to do, days went quick.

Cons

Can be hectic with the demands given. Still balanced all the same, however.

Pros

Difficult opportunity for commission. No further pros.

Cons

Misleading, borderline fraudulent, cold leads. This is not real estate investment consulting, this is sales of a misleading product with no guarantee for clients. You sell a series of products in a step by step format starting at $900 all the way up to $3000+. Your job is to call leads, that they claim to be warm, non-stop all day in the hopes that they answer. When they do answer, you have to grow a connection with them to the point where they are sold on the product even though the success rate is <5%. Now, that is the art of sales, using your skillset to successfully deliver a product; in this case the product is not as promised. You tell clients that they need to continuously follow a system that this one guy created and convince them that even though they are living on social security, for example, their investment is good for the long run. In reality, it's a money draining system and just another shell for a pyramid scheme. They say the leads are warm, but you realize that after the 9th time they forward you call to voicemail, you are continuously borderline harassing clients into picking up the phone so that they'll spend $5k + to join a system with a small success rate. Work environment is awkward. Management sounds uneducated. You have no extensive knowledge of what is being sold, just as a blind salesman. I would not recommend this. There are plenty of other sales position in San Diego that can offer you a stress free work environment. Do not recommend.
