HR and the people coordinating it were responsive, the stages made sense, and the technical questions felt relevant instead of random. One more thing I really appreciate: TurboTenant is genuinely AI-forward. AI is encouraged openly and used in a practical way. In many places people either avoid it or use it quietly; here, good AI work is treated like real work. Overall, it feels like a rare balance: enough startup energy to keep things interesting, but enough structure and stability to make the work sustainable.
