      Great sense of accomplishment from the job itself Some awesome colleagues

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. No opportunity for growth Extremely poor pay. Performance punishment (don't do well here, you'll get nothing in return) Top of the company has no idea at all what goes on, AU CEO has no idea what their employees deals with, and a lot of the toxic culture definitely comes straight from the top
