3. Work Schedule & Holidays: Since our clients and management are UK-based, our teams follow UK working hours and holidays. UK public holidays actually exceed Bangladeshi national holidays in number. Eid holidays are included within our annual leave structure, and this is clearly communicated before employment begins.
