1yWe appreciate your comments and value any feedback. We do invite our team members to take proactive measures in their daily job duties and share any concerns with their direct manager, regional leader or HR. This includes anticipating problems and developing solutions, asking for clarification on deadlines or tasks and working ahead to minimize stress or confusion during any given workday. We find this to be a very effective means of communication which leads to creating positive results.
