Worst company have ever worked with - Business Development Manager Tudip Technologies Employee Review

First of all companies hiring policies are messed up. They wont provide salary for the first month. All the exisiting glassdoor reviews are fake and managed by internal team, in marketing. They create fake IDs for publishing glass-door reviews. Family owned business, frustrated owners. Always micro management and harass employees. Basically its an apartment and converted as a pub. They only hire freshers, so that they can play with freshers accordingly. No holiday on Saturday They wont provide Health Insurance Immediately, after six months. All the above reviews are fake , internal marketing people manage the reviews, so that they can retain the ranking in glass-door. All the employees feel the same, frustrated and doesn't feel like to work. Being a manager i didn't receives salary. They did not know how to run a business and how connect with employees. Problem with parking. Every day employees leave the company, they feel happy when they leave . Horrible place to commute. Horrible HR policies I suggest all the freshers and experienced professionals not to engage with this company and then suffer. No salary on time.
