It’s always sad to see a review like this, but it’s also a bit surprising as we haven’t had any departures from our UK Customer Success team for a long time (> 1.5 years).
We always welcome feedback and strive to create an open and safe environment for all Tubies and would have loved to have a chance to address your concerns while you were with us, but unfortunately, nothing was brought to our attention.
