- Executive leadership and the new CTPO. Both are just a joke. They are out for themselves and will push out anyone that is smarter then they are. - The design leader is one of the worst managers ever. He loves to hear himself talk and does it A LOT. - There is no real leadership. Anyone who tries to make the culture better gets rushed out, and anyone who doesn't just say "yes" is fired. - Toxic. It's toxic.
