Pros
Tubi TV has employees from all walks of life with a wide range of interests. The company culture is vibrant, so I come in feeling like I have friends in the workplace as opposed to just acquaintances. Everyone is skilled, so it's great to learn from others who have more knowledge in a certain area. I feel like I've grown as a contributor and as an individual. You can rely on colleagues to get their work done. Company leadership is pretty flat, so there is no stressful hierarchy. Beer, wine, snacks etc are free and you can make requests weekly. Ping pong and other games around. Welcoming atmosphere for new employees. Fun team outings (both official and unofficial).
Cons
It's very fast-paced and priorities change quickly, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
