Pros
- Employees here are extremely smart and push you to do great work - There is little red tape here, if you have a great idea you can almost always push it forward - Benefits and perks are balanced between what you would expect with big tech and traditional corporations (flex time off, lunches in office, shut down during Christmas to New Years)
Cons
- The company is very lean which means there is a lot of pressure on each individual to deliver outsized impact - Some leaders are great and others not so much, feels a bit disjointed at the top - Content is extremely poor and not sure the company will win in this space - Strategy feels right during company all hands but execution is mixed
