Pros

Learn a lot quickly. Great support team members.

Cons

Leadership is some of the most toxic I've ever worked for. They bully, publicly harass, and demean anyone who doesn't share the same opinions as upper management. They also want to replace everyone with workers that are over seas or A.I. I would not recommend working here unless you have no other options.

Pros

A lot of negative reviews on here so I wanted to share my honest perspective. The company has growing pains normal for an extremely competitive and high-growth startup in an extremely competitive and high-growth industry. In the performance marketing community - this is one of the better companies to work for. From what I hear from my friends at other agencies or worse, in-house at brands, this is THE best company to work for. The work is incredibly interesting and I have learned very quickly. You are making ads that run at very high scale for brands in many different industry verticals. You get to quickly see how your ideas and creative decisions translate into performance data. Leadership has made a lot of changes over the past couple of years and is a really positive, tight-knit group that cares about the company and the people. They invest in development in a way that I haven't seen at other companies (structured onboarding + training cadence, internal workshops, managers who actually ask how you're doing and coach you on growth areas). The bar is really high but the support structure is real. People I've seen promoted - both in the strategy dept and in other depts - have earned it. The team itself is actually the best part. Smart, curious, eager to help each other out. A lot of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. No weird politics - just trying to make each otehr better. Comp is competitive, benefits are solid, and there's a great bonus structure tied to your output and performance. Hybrid flexibility, nice office, super nice office management + HR team, fun team events, and free lunch!

Cons

The pace is fast and a lot of it requires being driven and being a problem solver. If you need to be spoon fed direction for every situation, it can be hard. Things change often as the company evolves which can get frustrating - but you have a lot of opportunity to give input. It would be more frustrating to be at a bureaucratic place where you can't make any changes at all or a change requires months to make.
