There's no structure to the company, nor any trust between the bosses and employees. It's always they say you do, never listening to your opinions or suggestions during meetings. Dictatorship, basically. And they can never do any wrong, it's always down to you even if you feedback to them why you want to leave and how they can improve.
If you did your best and what most people would have agreed were good results, it's never enough for the bosses. Not to mention there are little to no constructive feedback, but just a simple "I do not like it", or "This is bad/terrible" and whatever synonym you have for that.
Overpromising with clients and never caring how the employees would have to balance the workload. Expect you to be a do it all and handle more than one position at a time. If you're a creative, you best be able to do statistics too. Perfectly.
Loves micromanaging and requires approval for everything, but never replies even if it is urgent, then blames you for backlogs. Don't expect to have any form of work-life balance, you would be too exhausted from work by the end of the day to even think about it.
Not to mention, for a company who boasts about "Authentic" and "Honest" reviews, they are anything but. They have manipulated stories to fit their narrative when explaining why someone left the company. And if they so even see a single bad review, trust them to try to hunt you down and flood out your review with other positive ones.
To conclude, the fact that they are constantly hiring just shows something about the management, doesn't it.
