Pros
Excellent 401K Plan, Tuition Reimbursement, and continuous training across the bank. At the branch level in my community the associates were very family oriented and friendships were easily formed.
Cons
Career opportunities were limited in the branches. Most of the opportunities were located at the corporate office and operation centers.
