Pros

Trusteer products are still in the Frontline of technological innovation and there is room to grow and expand. Although many have left since IBM stepped in there are still many wonderful and skilled people working in Trusteer.

Cons

The higher up you go in the management chain, the more the disturbing reality of IBM politics sink in. These managers are more interested in playing games to keep them in their seat than doing what's right for the business.

Pros

At the beginning there were many perks such as flex work hours, work from home to the many snacks and free coffee. The overall benefits were just the typical like any company.

Cons

Quickly managements started to make drastic changes with no prior notice, suddenly working from home was no longer an option, if you packed the office to leave before 6 you were looked upon as a slacker. The snacks and coffee just completely went away. Aside from those perks management was a complete joke. They just promoted all their friends to managers and directors so that when the acquisition happened these people all walked away with a great bonus and tittle. There was no clear vision and management consistently harassed the staff in front of others and thought nothing of it. This was the most unprofessional work environment I have ever worked in and if it wasn't for it's innovative product suit and the buyout they really wouldn't have been around for much longer.
