      Pros

      Started my marketing career at Trusted Tech Team but had to move back to Canada for a ailing family member. Loved the Team and energy and moved up twice within 14 months. Pay and benefits were above-average for being in Irvine.

      Cons

      Early mornings as most of the clients are central/east coast but got used to it after the 3rd week.

      Pros

      One of the best learning experiences in Software Sales. Management and the team culture is one of the best and most helpful, everyone is always open to questions and be a helping hand

      Pros

      - Remote work is an option now - Flexibility in hybrid work for CA employees (we just moved to 4 days per week WFH for our team) - You get to work on a mix of tier 2 and tier 3 tickets. So good exposure to troubleshooting/technical break-fix of complex tickets. - Reputable organization (holds 6/6 MS designations)

      Cons

      - Headquarters is in California, but we work East Coast hours (but hey, you wrap up work at a decent time)
