Motivating environment, where individual success is rewarded. They give you space to take ownership of your role, always with a steady guiding hand. The job is interesting - working in the review space in emerging markets, with (depending on the role) chances to travel - but one of the best parts of it is the team. The company culture has been well instilled, and I consider eveyrone on the team as my friends.
