      great pay company pays for 80% of insurance cost Home Friday - Sunday

      Redundant projects no career growth travel can be sporadic requires travel every week (Monday - Thursday)

      Pros

      Small group of highly talented individuals. Great for individuals who can perform well on their own without much oversight. Very competitive pay and benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of travel. Need to be a person who enjoys travel, change, and working in diverse environments. It can be difficult to build culture among a company where the workforce is spread out between so many clients.
