      Pros

      The people are genuinely such a huge asset, the company has a really clear direction and everyone from the CEO down is a huge part of that daily. They are open to feedback and changing thing, want to be leaders in innovation both externally for clients and candidates, but also internally in terms of the policies and ways of working. You genuinely have the ability here to get out what you put in and have seen so many people achieve their goals here.

      Pros

      Working for Soda has been a dream! Our corporate social responsibility and DE&I initiatives are unlike any other in the industry. I've been given clear outlines for career progression and I truly feel like the entire team is rooting for everyone's success. I'm so excited for our massive growth journey in the Los Angeles office and to continue working with the most exciting tech companies on the West Coast.

      The LA office is small, but this isn't really a con since it's such a tight-knit, personal team.
