      The team are amazing to work with and you feel valued and supported throughout. It's a collaborative, passionate environment and no two days are the same. Best of all, if you're having a bad day there's always a friendly office dog close by!

      Pros

      Working for Soda has been a dream! Our corporate social responsibility and DE&I initiatives are unlike any other in the industry. I've been given clear outlines for career progression and I truly feel like the entire team is rooting for everyone's success. I'm so excited for our massive growth journey in the Los Angeles office and to continue working with the most exciting tech companies on the West Coast.

      The LA office is small, but this isn't really a con since it's such a tight-knit, personal team.
