Having worked for several recruitment businesses in my time, the culture here within SODA and across the Trinnovo group is exceptional. All people feel welcome and there is a genuine want to help and support each other. Success is rewarded, hard work is appreciated and it’s an all round fun place to be. More advanced when it comes to AI and RecTech than any other recruitment business.

Working for Soda has been a dream! Our corporate social responsibility and DE&I initiatives are unlike any other in the industry. I've been given clear outlines for career progression and I truly feel like the entire team is rooting for everyone's success. I'm so excited for our massive growth journey in the Los Angeles office and to continue working with the most exciting tech companies on the West Coast.

Cons

The LA office is small, but this isn't really a con since it's such a tight-knit, personal team.
