Cons
Management is out of touch and every week is something new. we used to have people who cared as much as we did, but it is like the people who built the company are not important, no one is happy it seems. Everything is about making money or cutting costs now but corporate keeps spending money and adding more people who don't know what a truss is, and more importantly they don't know how to treat a good person who works hard and has pride.
