I witnessed countless acts of harassment happen at this organization. Almost always the harassment came from the top, creating an environment filled with intimidation tactics and fear. In one extreme case, I was part of an investigation where multiple people clearly communicated harassment had happened to HR, yet no disciplinary action was taken. I can only assume, this was because the harassment was performed by an executive-level employee. Sadly, the person who was harassed and reported the instance was retaliated against until they were so uncomfortable they quit. Less important, but worth noting is at Trusaic, all ideas come top down. There is no room to proposing ideas for improvement. The HiPPO (Highest Paid Person's Opinion) is the only one that matters at the end of the day. This is whether or not they know anything about your field.
