Pros
- Atmosphere is genuine and positive. I generally love the people and the support - Pay is pretty good (although you have to argue your case for it often, so I'd guess that there are many of us being paid different amounts for the same job) - Monthly Bonus Program - If you are interested in going into the office the space is great and pet friendly and has free daycare! - Free (100% employer paid) Health Insurance/Dental Insurance - benefits overall are pretty awesome (one minor con listed below) - I generally feel good about the work we do
Cons
- No employer match for retirement (they do have a RSU program that is likely in place of this, but it's more volatile to get stock - and you have to wait 4 years to get all of it to vest - an employer match would be very much appreciated) - Trust in leadership has fallen off a cliff recently. They hired people during the pandemic under the impression that coming into the office would be optional forever. Then they mandated returning to the office and refused to listen to feedback about it (everything was brushed away with corporate talking points). It really broke trust for so many of us. - Like I said in the heading, at it's core, this is a for-profit company. I find them trying to pretend it's not at times...I wish they'd just be straight with us. - Along the same lines there seem to be frequent and sudden leadership changes recently. With little to no information given on why.
